The surrounding area of our hostel has a lot to offer: large beaches, coves that are perfect for scuba diving, hiking trails and cycle tourism, golf courses…
Below, we will tell you about some of the activities you will find within a few kilometres of our hostel.
Beaches in Paguera
Just a few metres from our hostel you will find three large beaches where you can enjoy the Majorcan sunshine.: Playa Palmira, Playa Torá and Playa Romana.
Cala Fornells
Just over 1 km away from our hostel you will find two beautiful coves with turquoise waters that are perfect for scuba diving or snorkelling: Cala Fornells and Es Caló de Ses Llises.
Es Caló des Monjo
If you want to visit a completely untouched beach, we recommend taking a simple excursion that leads from Cala Fornells to Caló des Monjo.
Golf
If you are a fan of golf, from our hostel you will be very close to two golf courses: Santa Ponça and Camp de Mar, in Andratx.
Cycle Tourism
On the Paguera Sportregion website you will find all the information you need for cycle tourism in the area. There is so much to discover!
Hiking
Paguera is located at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntanta mountain range, an exceptional location for hiking, which has received the title of Heritage of Humanity.
Puerto de Andratx
Just a few kilometres from our hostel are one of the most beautiful harbours on the island of Majorca: Puerto de Andratx. It is the perfect place to try salt baked sea bass by the Mediterranean sea.
Malgrats Islands
Another must-do activity in the area is visiting the Malgrats islands by kayak, and letting yourself be surprised by the sea life of this marine reserve.
La Dragonera
If you stay in Paguera you will be very close to the small island of Dragonera. To visit it, you just have to go to the neighbouring village of Sant Elmo and catch one of the boats that depart from there.
In Paguera town centre
The Hostal Neptuno is situated on Bulevar de Paguera, a pedestrianised street full of shops, restaurants and life.
What’s more, the hostel is just 50 metres from the beach and 20 metres from the taxi rank and the bus stop, with connections to all the main points on the island.
